Recipe Books

With the financial help of Guy's and St. Thomas' Hospital (GSTT) Charity we have designed two recipe book for patients with cystinuria. The first was called this 'Lose a Stone'. Due to the success of the first book, a second edition has been published titled 'A stone's thrown to health'. We have decided to make this available to the wider cystinuria community for free (not just our own clinic patients) and these can be accessed from this page.

Viewing instructions: On a PC you can scroll down in the viewer to read, or opened as a pdf in a new window and downloaded. On a tablet or phone, click on the book to open it or download it.

We hope that you will find this useful. We are extremely grateful to the charity but also the contributors to the recipes.
